The international project KoresponDance Europe opening took place in October 2009. The association SE.S.TA (Setkávání současného tance/Czech Republic) is the main organizer and coordinator of this project and cooperates with the Parisian festival Jamais Vu/Theatre le Colombier (France), A.S.T. (Asociácia súčasného tance – Slovakia, Bratislava and the Steptext dance project Bremen, Germany. This imposing and long-term project, which is supported by the European Union through the program CULTURE, aims to support the creative processes, education and international cooperation of about 200 – 300 artists from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, France and Germany during the upcoming 2 years. This whole project was opened with a festival called significantly SE.S.TA – KoresponDance Europe.
