Third Brazil-European Laboratory presented works from Brazil, Cyprus and Spain. A Brazilian solo choreography On ne se connait pas encore mais dealt with the life of Brazilian singer Carmen Miranda. Light and comical piece set the tone of the evening which gathered humorous and light pieces. Pretendance (Cyprus) involved two dancers trying to explain to the audience their passion for dance, sharing the story of their dance careers. Although the last piece Tus hijos me están jodiendo la vida was a little bit too long, it fulfilled the words of festival’s director Yvonna Kreuzmannová who wanted to introduce this year also dance pieces with a sense of humour.
