Dance Database, a new project of Taneční aktuality PSC, was officially presented at Meet the Artist on 21 April 2016, within the Czech Dance Platform. It is possible to register on the portal www.databazetance.cz, where the basic information on dance, pantomime, new circus and other movement-related genres will be available for the public. The aim of the Dance Database is to become a platform open and free for everyone. “The Database will map the important events of the Czech dance scene and help find diverse information concerning theatres, artistic ensembles, festivals, dance organisations and production platforms and also information about dance education of all levels – dance studios, arts schools, conservatories or higher education institutions. At the same time, it will offer the opportunity for professional presentation and will contain data about many personalities of the dance world – performers, choreographers or journalists,” explains the project coordinator Daniela Machová.
You can register into the Database for free right on the website. The registered users will obtain a gift voucher for a discount on advertisement on the server www.tanecniaktuality.cz and the website www.databazetance.cz. The details of discount policy to be found HERE.
