From Friday 5th to Sunday, 7th October the initial trade show Dance Life Expo is held at the Brno Exhibition Centre. This international dance trade show is part of the traditional trade fair SPORTlife and features more than 30 dance styles. It aims at all those who admire dance and live with dance. There will be spectacular shows of the greatest masters in their fields on display. In addition to the most famous styles visitors will also have the opportunity to try other styles such as flamenco, pole dance, African dances, Zouk or Bachata in workshops running the whole three days from morning till evening. One of the main organizers of the event, Mgr. Michal Nejezchleb, explains the idea behind the project: "Our goal is to feature dance as a medium of emotions in the full scope, depth and beauty. This is the very first meeting of "all" dancers, regardless of preferred style or area of activity. Dance Life Expo breaks the boundaries of well-established "worlds" of isolated associations, unions, schools of dance and dance studios – instead, we encourage all of them to come together within one venue and support the noble idea of this project. Every visitor or a dancer will become an integral part of it, part that completes the whole project." Visitors will have the opportunity to choose how intensely they want to experience the Dance Life Expo, both as spectators or active dancers. One can choose from several programme cards of different categories, covering various dance lessons, lectures etc. The Dance Life Expo features over 120 workshops in 6 halls, shows on 5 dance stages, there will be 20 dance halls along with chill out zones, bars, cafes and special places for training seminars. Thank you for your thoughts. One got stuck in my mind – that passion makes us different from AI. Just yesterday I read…I am a dance critic. I am a member of an endangered species
