The jury decided to award prizes to the first three finalists announced by the jury members. The finalists are Anna Benháková, Johana Pocková and SPOLK.
Anna Benháková, who won the 3rd place, received an artist residency from Nová síť and advertising space on the Taneční aktuality website. Benháková explores the fusion of voice and dance and impressed the jury with her project Báseň o nejistotě (The Poem of Uncertainty). The SPOLK creative team, consisting of Duncan Centre students and graduates (Ester Trčková, Žaneta Musilová, Kateřina Jabůrková, David Králík, Adam Kmenta) came second in the competition. The young collective is preparing a project with the working title Další! (Next!) which shows how endless waiting and acute stress can become impulses for negative manifestations of human behaviour.
SPOLK received a residency from Tanec Praha and five hours of free consultations concerning media needs of dance companies from Taneční aktuality. The first place and the Taneční aktuality Wild Card were awarded to Johana Pocková who is currently preparing a new project Treatment of remembering with the dance collective POCKetART (Johana Pocková, Sabina Bočková, Inga Zotova-Mikshina, Pavla Vařáková). Its central theme is humans’ approach towards the unfavourable development and condition of the environment.
The award ceremony and the final toast were followed by a discussion about the necessity of medialisation of dance, its possibilities and forms, moderated by Lucie Hayashi.

Thank you for your thoughts. One got stuck in my mind – that passion makes us different from AI. Just yesterday I read…I am a dance critic. I am a member of an endangered species
